These terms cover your use of brandicarpet.com. They are separate from any written contract you sign for flooring work. If you hire us, the signed agreement and invoice for your project control the work itself.

1. Accepting These Terms

By browsing this site or sending us a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. About Us

This site is operated by Brandi Carpet LLC, a licensed and insured Arizona flooring contractor, ROC# CR8-256766. We sell and install carpet, tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl plank, and we perform dustless tile removal.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Prices, promotions, and product availability shown on this site are for general information and can change without notice. Anything you receive through a web form is a starting estimate, not a binding offer.

A firm price comes only after we measure the space in person and give you a written, itemized quote. Final cost can change if actual square footage differs from what was estimated, if the subfloor needs repair, if unexpected conditions turn up during removal, or if you change product selections. We will tell you before doing any work that goes beyond the signed quote.

4. Product Images and Color

Flooring photos on this site are representative. Screens render color differently, and natural materials such as hardwood and stone vary from piece to piece and between production runs. Do not make a final selection from a photo. Ask us for a physical sample, or view the product in our showroom, before you order.

5. Using This Site

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain access to areas you are not authorized to reach, scrape content in bulk, or submit false information through our forms.

6. Our Content

The text, photographs, layout, and logos on this site belong to Brandi Carpet LLC or the manufacturers who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use while planning a project. You may not republish, resell, or use our content commercially without written permission. Manufacturer names and logos are the property of those companies.

7. Reviews and Testimonials

Customer reviews reflect the experience of the individuals who wrote them. Every home and every project is different, so their results are not a guarantee of what your project will cost or how long it will take.

Flooring products carry warranties from the manufacturer, and those terms come with your product. Our installation workmanship is covered separately as stated in your written agreement. Both are subject to proper care and maintenance.

Beyond those written warranties, this website itself is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by Arizona law, Brandi Carpet LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including lost time or lost profits. Nothing here limits our obligations under a signed contract for flooring work, or any rights you have under Arizona consumer protection and contractor licensing law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
