Better than Going with a Big Box Store..
My wife and I had these folks out to bid on and ultimately install new carpet in a short sale property that we bought. The process was painless and the cost was very reasonable. Turn around time was WAY quicker than any big box store and the prices were better for comparable or better product. They do not subcontract the installation work, so no concerns on what kind of install you might have to live with. We couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Chris and his crew executed as planned. The zero pressure in home estimate was effective and informative. Chris invested quite a bit of time with this picky buyer. Outstanding!!!!
We found Brandi Carpets on-line at Kadzu. Our friends and family were skeptical about selecting a business based on internet reviews but Brandi proved them all wrong. The customer service was excellent. I was given great suggestions during my first phone contact with Chris, Jim came to do the evaluation and estimate and he too was very knowledegable and patient. Devin installed laminate flooring in 4 rooms and he worked non-stop!!! He was so precise, detailed, passionate and tidy, truly amazing! He was on turbo speed the entire time he worked. The completed project far exceeded our expecations. The process was outstanding from start to finish and I suggest anyone who needs flooring look no further, Brandi Carpets is the way to go! Fantastic, each and every time.
I had Brandi Carpets do most of my floors in July 2009. (Even with their great prices, I couldn't afford to do them all at once.) I finally saved up enough for the last room and they just finished it. Between laminate, carpet and two installations of ceramic tile, I've met a variety of their workers. All were professional, talented, hard working and provided EXCELLENT service. I would definitely use them again and heartily recommend them.

Great Contractors & Great Pricing!
Brandi carpet did an excellent job installing ceramic and saltillo tile in my mom's home. They also did a fabulous job on the carpet as well. I did do a lot of comparison shopping and their pricing was super competitive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Could Not Be Happier!!
We just returned home to Canada after we remodeled our condo in Scottsdale. We searched for a long time for a good flooring company,and choose Brandi Carpets in the end. We thought that the price was fair and based on other customers reviews we expected that the quality of work will be good too, and it was. Our floor is beautiful and it was done in just a few days so we could enjoy Christmas in our new place. Everybody was so profesional and nice and we feel we did not get just an new floor we also got a new friends. We enjoyed our coversation over a cup of coffe afer job was done. Friendly, Professional and Quality Results
I worked with Brandi to redo the flooring and carpeting in my house in Tempe. Highly recommended!
They did a great job from start to finish. I was working on a short time table to get new carpet in a rental and Chris kindly agreed to meet with me after work on the same day I called! He had great advice for me and gave me an estimate on the spot.
They got the carpet installed in on time (1-week!). It looks great and the installer (Buddy) was easy to work with. He even fixed some closet door guides in the process! They even found a more efficient way to lay the carpet in an odd-shaped room and charged less than the initial estimate! Even with specials, the big-box stores can't compete on price or service. We'll definitely call Brandi Carpet the next time we need flooring!

Honest and Reliable
I've used Brandi Carpet for the past 15 years (and four houses). Always dependable, reliable and cost effective. They show up on time, get the job done quickly, and go the extra mile. I asked that the cable for the t.v. be placed beneath carpet (it had been installed on top of the carpet, along three walls and was an eyesore). Buddy, the carpet installer, took the time to cut the carpet pad so that the cable could run directly across the room under the carpet and not be seen or felt when walking on the carpet. It's that extra care that makes Brandi Carpet so special.

Big difference!
Went to local warehouse and after getting quote had them come out and measure ($50) the quote came back 40% higher and wanted 3-4 weeks lead time! I called Brandi Carpet and they were out the next day and again a few days later with even more samples less than a week carpet installed and saved 25% from the other guys.

Could not have been any happier!!
Brandi's carpet came and installed carpeting in 3 of our bedrooms and we wanted an economical but nice option. They had a ton of carpet options, and the installer was extremely profession and very flexible in working with us. We were painting our rooms prior and he even made agreement to come back the following day on our appt to finish up the last bedroom. Talk about service - I don't remember the last time I was this pleased with a service company.
